The 'Call for Sites' will be open between Wednesday 14 October and Friday 6 November 2026. This is an opportunity to tell us about any land/site for potential development that has not been submitted to us previously.
Mickle Trafford and District Neighbourhood Area
Work on the Mickle Trafford and District Neighbourhood Plan is not currently being progressed.
Regulations 5, 6 and 7 - Neighbourhood Area designation
Mickle Trafford and District Parish Council applied for a Neighbourhood Area for the purposes of producing a Neighbourhood Plan. The neighbourhood area was designated on 17 December 2015.
