Call for Sites 2026
The 'Call for Sites' will be open between Wednesday 14 October and Friday 6 November 2026. This is an opportunity to tell us about any land/site for potential development that has not been submitted to us previously.
Local Plan scoping consultation
Have your say
We asked you to tell us what the new Local Plan should cover and how we should involve people as we prepare it.
Consultation dates
The consultation was open for you to submit your comments (on the questions in sections 5 and 6) between 9am on Monday 7 September and 5pm on Monday 28 September 2026.
This consultation was not asking for sites. We plan to run a separate, targeted call for sites later in 2026.
PDF copies of the scoping consultation document, an Easy Read version, frequently asked questions and the notice of scoping consultation are available to download below.
