Regulation 20 - Made Plan
Cheshire West and Chester Council decided to make the No Mans Heath Neighbourhood Plan under Section 38A(4) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 on 28 June 2018.
The No Mans Heath Neighbourhood Plan now forms part of the Development Plan for Cheshire West and Chester and will be taken into account in local planning decisions. The Council has published a decision statement which sets out the decision to make the neighbourhood plan and the reasons for doing so.

Regulation 19 - Referendum
The No Mans Heath NP referendum took place on 21 June 2018, with 86.1% of voters saying "yes" to the neighbourhood plan.
Regulations 17 and 18 - Examination
Cheshire West and Chester Council appointed Mr Andy Mead, MSc (Hons) MRTPI MIQ as independent examiner of the No Mans Heath Neighbourhood Plan. His report was published on 28 March 2018.

Mr Mead wrote to Cheshire West and Chester Council and the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group confirming the procedural matters on 29 January 2018. A further letter was sent to the No Mans Heath and District Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group on 1 February 2018 with some questions. Regulation 15 and 16 - Publicity stage consultation and SEA + HRA screening determination
The No Mans Heath NP regulation 16 consultation ran from 4 December 2017 to 19 January 2018.
Regulation 14 - Pre-submission consultation
The No Mans Heath NP regulation 14 consultation took place between 17 September and 29 October 2015.
Regulations 5, 6 and 7 - Neighbourhood Area designation
No Mans Heath and District Parish Council submitted a neighbourhood area application to the Council and the neighbourhood area was designated on 6 June 2013.
