The Cheshire West and Chester Local Plan (Part Two) Land Allocations and Detailed Policies was adopted at a meeting of Full Council on Thursday 18 July 2019.

This map includes all Local Plan (Part One) and Local Plan (Part Two) allocations as well as all made neighbourhood plan areas.

Review

In line with Regulation 10A of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 (as amended), a review of the local plan must be completed five years from the date of adoption. The review of the Cheshire West and Chester Local Plan (Part Two) Land Allocations and Detailed Policies (June 2024) can be found here:
