Statement of Community Involvement 2022

The Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) has been updated to fulfil the requirements of planning legislation to review the document every 5 years. It replaces the previous version of the SCI (2017). The update ensures the SCI remains relevant and effective for the preparation of local development documents such as the local plan, supplementary planning documents and for planning applications.

The updated SCI was approved by the Cabinet Member for Housing, Planning and Climate Emergency, Councillor Matt Bryan on 31 October 2022.
