Regulation 20 - Made Plan
Cheshire West and Chester Council decided to make the Cuddington Parish Neighbourhood Plan under Section 38A(4) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 on 27 February 2019.
The Cuddington Parish Neighbourhood Plan now forms part of the Development Plan for Cheshire West and Chester and will be taken into account in local planning decisions. The Council has published a decision statement which sets out the decision to make the neighbourhood plan and the reasons for doing so.

Regulation 19 - Referendum
The Cuddington Parish NP referendum took place on 24 January 2019, with 95.8% of voters saying "yes" to the neighbourhood plan.
Regulations 17 and 18 - Examination
Cheshire West and Chester Council appointed Mr Bob Yuille, MSc Dip TP MRTPI, as independent examiner of the Cuddington Parish Neighbourhood Plan. His report was published on 14 September 2018.
Mr Yuille wrote to the Qualifying Body (Cuddington Parish Council) on 10 July with some initial procedural matters. The responses are included below.
Mr Yuille wrote a follow up letter on 22 August with two questions for the Council in relation to affordable housing.
Regulation 15 and 16 - Publicity stage consultation and SEA + HRA screening determination
The Cuddington Parish NP regulation 16 consultation ran from 16 April to 30 May 2018.

The Cuddington Parish NP regulation 14 consultation took place between 10 June and 21 July 2017.
Regulations 5, 6 and 7 - Neighbourhood Area designation
Cuddington Parish Council submitted a neighbourhood area application to the Council and the neighbourhood area was designated on 23 June 2015.
