Call for Sites 2026
The 'Call for Sites' will be open between Wednesday 14 October and Friday 6 November 2026. This is an opportunity to tell us about any land/site for potential development that has not been submitted to us previously.
6. Consultation and engagement
We also want your views on how we should involve people as we prepare the Local Plan. The consultation seeks views on how groups, such as young people, who do not usually share their views can be helped to get involved. Your answers will help us write a consultation and engagement strategy for the later stages.
We keep a consultation database so that we can contact people and organisations about the Local Plan. It includes organisations we must consult, other interested groups, and people who have asked us to keep them informed.
During the consultation we received some additional comments by email which did not directly answer the questions as set out in sections 5 and 6. These have been recorded separately below.
