Regulation 20 - Made Plan
Cheshire West and Chester Council decided to make the Beeston, Tiverton and Tilstone Fearnall Neighbourhood Plan under Section 38A(4) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 on 20 December 2017.
The Beeston, Tiverton and Tilstone Fearnall Neighbourhood Plan now forms part of the Development Plan for Cheshire West and Chester and will be taken into account in local planning decisions. The Council has published a decision statement which sets out the decision to make the neighbourhood plan and the reasons for doing so.

Regulation 19 - Referendum
The Beeston, Tiverton and Tilstone Fearnall NP referendum took place on 30 November 2017, with 94% of voters saying "yes" to the neighbourhood plan.

Further consultation on amendment to policy T1
The Beeston, Tiverton and Tilstone Fearnall Neighbourhood Plan Group submitted a request to the Council to make an additional amendment to the plan that was not considered or recommended by the Examiner, to amend safeguarded land at the former Beeston Railway Station for future transport use in policy T1 - Beeston Railway Station. A six week consultation ran from 31 August to 12 October 2017.

Regulations 17 and 18 - Examination
Cheshire West and Chester Council appointed Ms Jill Kingaby BSc (Econ) MSc MRTPI as independent examiner of the Beeston, Tiverton and Tilstone Fearnall Neighbourhood Plan. Her report was published on 27 June 2017.
Some additional information was requested by Ms Kingaby during the examination, in relation to the maps in the Neighbourhood Plan. Cheshire West and Chester Council and the Parish Councils provided their response and some amended maps which can be found below.

Regulations 5, 6 and 7 - Neighbourhood Area designation
Tiverton and Tilstone Fearnall Parish Council and Beeston Parish Council submitted a joint neighbourhood area application to the Council and the neighbourhood area was designated on 13 June 2013.
